ドメインの削除

We understand things happen and you may need to cancel your domain registration. We're sad to see you go, but we're here to help along the way. Canceling your domain will remove it from your account and any products using the canceled domain will stop working. If you're not currently using the domain, you can list your domain for sale instead of removing it from your account completely.

注意: バンドルの一部であるドメインは、バンドル全体をキャンセルする場合にのみキャンセルできます。
  1. GoDaddy のドメインポートフォリオにサインインします。(ログインでお困りですか?ユーザー名またはパスワードをご確認いただけます。)
  2. 個々のドメインを選択して、「ドメイン設定」ページにアクセスします。

  3. Under the Advanced section, select Delete Domain.
  4. Select the checkbox next to Yes, I consent to delete the selected domains. to confirm deletion.
    • あなたは返金の対象となる可能性がありますが、返金は保証されません。
    • Any products connected to your domain, such as a website or email, will stop working after deletion. You can manually cancel these products, or connect your website and email to a different domain.
  5. Select Continue to delete your domain.
    • ドメインにドメイン保護が設定されている場合は、本人確認を行う必要があります。 2段階認証（2SV）を24時間以上オンにしている場合は、SMSで送信したコードを入力するか、認証アプリからのコードを入力します。それ以外の場合は、登録者のメールアドレスに送信されたワンタイムパスワードを入力します。

その後、ドメインが削除されたことを通知する「成功」のメッセージが表示されます。

注意: 間違ってキャンセルした場合、120 時間以内なら追加料金なしでドメインを復元できます。一部のドメイン名では、追加の要件または制限事項が設定されている場合があります。

その他の情報

  • レジストリは、あなたがキャンセルしたドメイン名を他の人が使用できるようリリースする前に、一時的に保持することがあります。この場合、リリース後に再登録できる可能性があります。

  • ドメイン名を維持することを決めたら、ドメイン保護をアップグレードします。
