Edit my ShowinBio
A ShowinBio has 4 main sections: Products, Links, Style and Bio. Each section can be edited and saved as you work. Your changes won’t go live until you select Publish.
- Go to your GoDaddy product page.
- Scroll down, expand Websites + Marketing and select Set up next to your ShowinBio.
Products
- You can add up to 50 products, and also edit and delete products.
- Add: Scroll down and select + Add New Product. To have artificial intelligence (AI) do the work for you, first add at least 1 image and then tap Suggest with AI. Alternatively, manually add a product name, link, price and description. You can upload up to 5 images and 1 video per product. Images should be in .jpg, .jpeg, .png or .bmp format, cannot be bigger than 10 MB or smaller than 10 KB, and must be at least 400 px wide. Videos should be in .mov, .mp4 or .m4v format and cannot be bigger than 100 MB.
- Edit: Scroll to any product and change the images, video, title, link, currency, price and description.
- Delete: Next to the product you want to delete, select
Delete. The product will immediately be removed.
- To draw customers’ attention to a specific product, switch the Make it as Prioritized Product toggle on. This will place that product first and make it stand out visually.
- After making your changes, select Save and Continue.
Links
- This is where you add all links other than your social media handles (add those in the Bio section instead). You can add as many links as you like and each link can have 1 image.
- To highlight a specific link, switch the Make it as Prioritized Link toggle on. This will place that link first in the list and make it stand out visually.
- When you're done, select Save and Continue.
Style
- Get started quickly by choosing one of the predefined themes, each with a different color scheme.
- Or, customize your style by choosing your own font, background color and image, product card color and text, and the position of your social media links (top or bottom).
- Your new style is automatically applied; no need to save the chagnes.
Bio
- Add a profile image, which appears at the top of your ShowinBio. This could be a picture of your face, a business logo or any image that represents your brand. Images should be in .jpg, .jpeg, .png or .bmp format, cannot be bigger than 10 MB or smaller than 10 KB, and must be at least 400 px wide.
- Add your profile name and tell your audience a bit more about what you do. Ask AI to help you with this or write it yourself.
- Your profile link will display but you won’t be able to change it.
- Add your social media handles in the spaces provided. If you enter your WhatsApp number, customers can contact you with queries about your products. Enter your number starting with the country code, e.g. 445551111. You can change this number later if needed.
- When you’re done, select Save and Continue.
Select Publish to make your changes live.
