- 概要
This Certificate Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between GoDaddy.com, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and its affiliates ("GoDaddy"), and you, and is made effective as of the date of electronic acceptance. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of your use of the various SSL and code signing certificate services (“Services”) that we offer. Your electronic acceptance of this Agreement signifies that you have read, understand, acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement, which incorporates by reference all of (i) our Universal Terms of Service Agreement, (ii) all relevant agreements, statements, practices and forms set forth in our Certificate Services Repository, and (ii) any plan limits, product disclaimers or other restrictions presented to you on the web security or certificates landing page of the GoDaddy website (this “Site”).
The terms “we”, “us” or “our” shall refer to GoDaddy. The terms “you”, “your”, “User” or “customer” shall refer to any individual or entity who accepts this Agreement and/or uses the Services. Unless otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.
You acknowledge and agree that (i) GoDaddy, in its sole and absolute discretion, may change or modify this Agreement, and any policies or agreements which are incorporated herein, at any time, and such changes or modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting to this Site, and (ii) your use of this Site or the Services found at this Site after such changes or modifications have been made (as indicated by the “Last Revised” date at the top of this page) shall constitute your acceptance of this Agreement as last revised. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement as last revised, do not use (or continue to use) this Site or the Services found at this Site. In addition, GoDaddy may occasionally notify you of changes or modifications to this Agreement by email. It is therefore very important that you keep your shopper account (“Shopper Account”) information, including your email address, current. GoDaddy assumes no liability or responsibility for your failure to receive an email notification if such failure results from an inaccurate or out-of-date email address.
弊社では、SSL サービスやコード署名証明書サービスなど、さまざまな「Webセキュリティ」サービスを提供します。それぞれについては、サービスを大まかに規定するさまざまな慣行とポリシー声明と同様に、以下に詳しく説明し、ここに言及され組込まれる特定の条件を示す個々の規約により、規定されるものとします。サービスはすべて弊社の証明書ポリシーおよび証明書業務ステートメントにより規定されます。適用される範囲で、サービスも弊社の SSL証明書サービス利用者規約の条件に従うものとします。
SSL証明書。弊社または弊社の関連会社より購入する SSL証明書は、SSL証明書サービス利用者規約、または、拡張検証証明書の場合は、拡張検証証明書サービス利用者規約を条件とし、これらに記載される特定用途を目的としています。プレミアム (EV) 証明書には、登記番号、会社設立または登録代理人、あらゆる法域情報など、お客様の会社についての内容が必要な詳細用途に始まる大がかりな審査プロセスがあります。
GoDaddy Issued AutoSSL Certificates. Automatically issued and installed SSL certificates (“AutoSSL certificates”) provided by GoDaddy are intended exclusively for use on GoDaddy-managed infrastructure. Exporting, installing, or utilizing these certificates on non-GoDaddy-managed systems, servers, or environments is strictly prohibited. GoDaddy reserves the right to revoke any such AutoSSL certificate found to be used outside of GoDaddy-managed infrastructure without prior notice.
SSL証明書の期間。CA/ブラウザフォーラムにより導入された新たな規制により、2020 年 9 月 1 日以降に発行されたすべての SSL証明書の有効期限は、398 日以下になります。したがって、サブスクリプションが有効である限り、証明書の有効期限が 398 日を越えないよう、自動で証明書を再検証/再発行致します。
コード署名証明書。弊社または弊社の関連会社から購入するコード署名証明書は、コード署名証明書利用者規約を条件とし、これに記載される特定用途を目的としています。お客様は、コード署名証明書を購入後、常に依頼した証明書 (および関連するアクティブ化データまたはデバイス、例えば、パスワードやトークン) に含まれる公開鍵に対応するお客様の秘密キーの完全管理を維持し、機密を維持し、適宜保護するために必要となる適切なあらゆる手段を取る必要があり、少なくとも、署名セッションが開始されるまで秘密キーはコード署名機能をホストするデバイスとは物理的に別個のUSBトークンに保存するようにし、コード署名を行うコンピューターに証明書署名要求 (CSR) を備える必要があります。証明書を要求する際は、コードの署名で使うコンピューターとアカウント (通常、管理者) を使用してください。証明書を要求するとコンピューターに秘密キーが作成されます。その秘密キーはコード署名証明書のインストール時に証明書と関連付ける必要があります。利用する証明書によっては、CSR を自動生成できる場合、または OpenSSL のようなツールを使って CSR を生成できる場合があります。お客様が要求を提出すると、弊社では、お客様から提供された会社情報を検証します。追加情報が必要な場合には、登録局 (RA) からお客様に連絡がいくことがあります。検証手続は、お客様のアカウントにて監視できます。コード署名証明書が発行されると、弊社から、該当証明書と、関連中間認証局の証明書をダウンロードしてインストールするために必要なリンクが記載されているメールをお送りします。
SSL セットアップサービス。SSL セットアップサービスには、SSL 証明書のインストール、SSL の設定と https のリダイレクト、混合コンテンツエラー、サイトマップ、およびファイアウォール設定の更新が含まれます。セットアップはサイトごとに 1 台のサーバーと 1 つの SSL に限定されており、1 回限りのサービスです。セットアップの完了から 30 日以内であれば、GoDaddy に問題を通知し、セットアップの確認をリクエストすることができます。また、未使用の SSL セットアップサービスは購入から 1 年で失効します。
Mark Certificates: A mark certificate purchased from us or our affiliates is also subject to the relevant the terms of the Extended Validation and Mark Certificate Service Subscriber Agreement.
お客様がこの規約の全ての条件に従い、それらに拘束されることを認めて同意した場合、お客様は代理人に (1) お客様の代理として証明書要求の署名および提出、または承認する権限、(2) お客様の代理としてサブスクライバ契約の署名および提出する権限、ならびに/または (3) お客様の代理として利用規約を認める権限を委譲することが許可されます。
この規約のタイトルと見出しは便宜および参照の容易さのためのものにすぎず、いかなる場合においても、ここで別に規定されていると関係者が解釈する手段として使用してはなりません。本規約に規定の各約束事項や合意事項は、いかなる場合でも、個別かつ独立した約束事項または合意事項としてみなされるものとします。該当法域の管轄裁判所が、本規約のいずれかの条項 (またはその一部分) を違法、無効または施行不能なものと判断した場合でも、本規約の残りの条項 (またはその一部分) は、その影響を受けることなく、法律が認めている範囲内で、有効かつ施行可能な条項として存続するものとします。
ここで使用され、ただしここで定義されていない、(英語版の) 先頭大文字の用語の意味は、ユニバーサルサービス規約で規定されています。本規約とユニバーサルサービス規約の条項が相反する場合には本規約の条項が適用されるものとします。
